Highlights:
- On Wednesday, the Senate failed to achieve the necessary vote on final passage of H. 3272 (Point of Sale Legislation). On Thursday, however, the failed vote was reconsidered, at which point the Senate voted to return the bill to the Finance Committee.
Best Bill of the Week:
- Sen. Rose introduced a bill on Wednesday requiring the TRAC Commission to consider all local taxes that affect the operation and responsibilities of local governments.
House

- S. 717 – Sales and use tax exemptions for Chester County economic development project
